But be clear on what it means. Nothing found means we didn't find one. It does not prove they have no profile. They may have:
- paused or hidden their profile at the time we searched
- restricted who can see them
- set a different city, or fallen outside the age range you gave us
We'd rather tell you this now than have you pay expecting a guarantee no honest service can make. If what you want is relief, and for most people it is, a clean result is usually what you'll get. If you need proof that a profile doesn't exist anywhere, nobody can give you that, and we won't pretend to.

Will they ever know someone searched for them?
No. We never contact them, message them, match with them, or interact with their profile in any way. Looking at a profile does not create a notification on their end. Nothing is installed on any device. The only way they'll know is if you tell them.
What happens if you find nothing?
You get a clear "nothing found" result within 24 hours. It's the most common outcome, and it means we searched all three apps in the city and age range you gave us and didn't find a profile that a person could confirm was them.
It doesn't prove there isn't one. A paused or hidden profile, restricted visibility, or a different city or age range can all put someone outside our search. We say this before you pay, not after.
How accurate is this? Could you get it wrong?
There are two ways to be wrong, and we treat them very differently.
Telling you it's them when it isn't is the mistake we've built the whole service around preventing. Nothing is reported as a match until a person has compared the profile to your photo and confirmed it. If a match is uncertain, we tell you it's uncertain rather than calling it.
Missing a profile that does exist is possible, for the reasons above. That's why we're upfront that "nothing found" is a real result but not proof.
Is this legal?
Yes. We look at profiles that people have chosen to make publicly visible on dating apps, the same profiles anyone of the right age in that city could see. We don't access anyone's phone, accounts, or private messages, we don't use their login, and nothing is installed anywhere. You're asking someone to look at what's already public, and to tell you honestly what they saw.
What do you do with the photo and my information afterwards?
The photo, city and age are used for this one search and nothing else. Once your result is delivered, they're deleted from our systems. We keep your payment record, because we're required to, and the email address we sent your result to. We keep nothing about the person you asked about, and we don't build a database of people who've been searched for.
We don't sell, share, or use any of it for anything other than getting you your answer.
How long does it really take?
Within 24 hours of submitting the intake form. Most results go out sooner than that. The clock starts when you submit the photo and details, not when you pay, so have a clear photo of their face ready.
Can I get a refund?
If we can't deliver a result within 24 hours, you get a full refund, no questions. If the photo you send isn't usable (for example, the face isn't clearly visible), we'll ask for another before we start, and refund you if you'd rather not continue.
We can't refund based on the result itself. A "nothing found" is a completed search, and it's the answer most people are hoping for.
Do I need their name, phone number or username?
No. One clear photo of their face, the city they're in, and their approximate age is all we use. If you know they've moved cities recently or use a different age on the apps, mention it on the intake form and we'll widen the search.
